Launch Update
idbDeveloper.com is pleased to announce the much
anticipated launch of Top Agent™ LE, its
flagship CRM solution specifically designed for
insurance agents.
Many insurance carriers still use hard to manage
legacy computing systems that are tedious and
difficult for their end-users. Management
remains blinded by impenetrable data barriers
between offices, remote personnel, and even
departments within the same organization. Mining
the data for reports and metrics is often nearly
impossible and many times untrustworthy. Top
Agent™ LE bridges the gap between disconnected
systems and reconnects the users who still rely
on them.
Unlike other “out of the box” CRM applications,
Top Agent™ LE, is a multi-user / multi-office
application linking all levels of the
organization, from managers and administrators
to regional headquarters, branch offices,
individual agents, and even subcontractors. By
penetrating the data barriers, executives and
upper management can finally track their entire
organization, garnering business-critical
strategic information from the otherwise tangled
mess of daily operational details.
For the individual user, Top Agent™ LE, offers a
polished, highly functional, and professional
user interface powered by Microsoft SQL Server.
Users will feel at home with the rich, elegant
and feature-packed interface. Top Agent™ LE
offers many special capabilities, including:
• An extensive calendar function incorporating advanced
appointment and other event-driven reminders.
• A goal planning environment seamlessly linked to the
calendar system.
• A contact management system for the clients, vendors,
and partners that make your business tick.
Top Agent™ LE is designed for the Microsoft
Windows XP Professional operating system linked
with Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Although the Top
Agent™ LE initial offering is expected to be a
stand-alone desktop application, future releases
will allow Top Agent™ LE to integrate with
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 as well as any server
system capable of running Microsoft SQL Server
2000. One of the primary post-release objectives
is powerful import/export tools to allow Top
Agent™ LE to talk to most other major server
platforms, including those from Microsoft, IBM,
Oracle, and Sun Systems.
Top Agent™ LE’s commercial launch is scheduled
for Spring 2006.
